Dedicated to the Art of Remodeling, Repair and Rehabilitation of Homes.
It was created by two Venezuelan immigrants who arrived in this country 12 years ago with a desire for improvement, initiative, and a strong conviction to create a better future for themselves and their two girls, these being their main engine in a foreign land like United States of America that saw them born. Thanks to their sports performance and professionalism, this country opened its doors to them.

Meet Our Team
Jose Rodriguez
Company Founder
Born in Lara-Venezuela, began playing baseball at the age of 11 and represented his native state in various competitions. For one year, Jose was part of the Venezuelan Parallel Professional League; two years in the Atlanta Brave Academy, and one year in the Seattle Mariners Academy. He also ventured into college sports where he managed to win two championships with softball and baseball.
Daymari Brito
Company Founder
Daymari C. Brito from Yaracuy, Venezuela, has been an outstanding athlete in the volleyball discipline since she was a child, achieving her inclusion in the Venezuela national team for 5 years, in which she had the opportunity to participate in different International Competitions such as: Alba Games (Venezuela-Cuba): Central American and Caribbean (Puerto Rico), Cuban Sports (Cuba); Youth World Cup (Mexico); South American Youth Championship (Peru); Pre World Cup (Argentina) and Beijing Pre-Olympic 2008 (China). Due to her hard work, she was awarded a scholarship to study and play at Freed Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee in 2012, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration.
The practice of competitive sport for these young dreamers in their different disciplines was a training school that demanded a high level of dedication, willingness, and commitment to take advantage of their individual characteristics. Leaving in them an overcoming spirit that will develop their maximum potential, professional abilities, and personal empowerment.
Sports practices also require fundamental values such as responsibility, commitment, discipline, perseverance, work ethics, respect, efficiency, professionalism, quality and excellence; Intrinsic values that led Jose and Daymari create “A&L Renovations”, not only as a family project but also as an opportunity to thanks this country for allowing them to prepare, form a family and develop both personally and professionally. A&L Renovations is committed to delivering the most advanced services to meet the demands of their clients, while promoting healthy spaces with standards of quality, excellence, and comfort.
